Rewrite README to satisfy awesome-lint: title-case heading with inline Awesome badge, theme-focused description, "Contents" TOC, and plain `- [Name](url) - Description.` entries with language folded into prose. Remove the disallowed CI badge and the empty section. - Add contributing.md and CC0 license file (required by awesome) - Add awesome-lint GitHub Actions workflow (without bagde badge) - Add centered project logo under media/ to README - Switch Valgrind link to canonical valgrind.org vs user-mirror - Remove badges.md (disallowed by awesome-lint)

CI fails because there is no LICENSE file on main currently. When this is merged, it will pass.
