Status: parked future work

The initial notification rollout has moved to client-side OpenClaw watches, verified feed checkpoints, and local update history. This draft is intentionally parked and is not currently requested for review or merge.

What this prototype preserves

• authenticated item watches for the official plugin and skill catalogs
• durable private cross-device inbox state with idempotent read/dismiss behavior
• material-change classification, baseline suppression, coalescing, retention, and bounded resumable fanout
• signed-state references that remain wake-up hints and never authorize an install or update

Revisit when

• local OpenClaw watches validate demand for cross-device or offline delivery
• ClawHub explicitly accepts ownership of account ACL, retention, fanout, abuse, and privacy behavior
• installed-inventory synchronization has an explicit consent model
• signed catalog producer/key provisioning dependencies have landed

Prior validation

• focused Vitest: 146 tests passed
• package schema build and typecheck passed
• scoped type-aware lint and git diff --check passed
• Codex review of the implementation returned no discrete correctness issues

This work remains useful as a server-hosted design prototype, but it is not part of the client-first v1 PR stack.
