Add note on naming conventions

Description

Maybe an ok solution, but probably a bandaid. Better to write docs that, for each workflow, say something like, "These are the supported input emissions and this is what happens if you provide something unexpected/this is what happens if you are missing the required variables". That will take more time to implement.
