How to download

Download FastFileReadonly_vx.x.x.zip from Latest Assets in GitHub Releases.

Unzip the file to a location of your choice.

Requirements

No runtime required. Works with Windows 10/Windows 11.

How to use

Configure logging settings

Edit log.config.

For more information, see the log4net documentation.

Execute application

FastFileReadonly.exe [ChangeReadonlyDirectoryPath]
  --help                                  Display this help screen.

  --version                               Display version information.

  ChangeReadonlyDirectoryPath (pos. 0)    Required. The directory to change to read-only.

Check execute log

Please look log\FastFileReadonlyExec_yyyyMM.log
