Closing: pull_request_target loads the workflow from the default branch, so this could not exercise the fix. Verifying via a temporary pull_request trigger instead. |

Throwaway PR. Its base branch carries the review-workflow fix, so
pull_request_targetloads the fixed workflow. Opened only to prove the review runs; will be closed and the branch deleted.
