Update the dev-only fast-xml-parser resolution from 5.11.0 to 5.11.2 for skill XML validation and print-export tests. Only the two manifests and bun.lock change; the older manifold-3d transitive copy remains unchanged.
Validation on 7e3eee6: script-disabled frozen install, repository check, 69 skill-policy tests, 15 print-export tests, and all 13 serial typecheck tasks passed. Full required CI, independent review and protections remain required; nothing is deployed by this PR.
Base 0c186e2. Coordinator compared against main: ahead 1, behind 0. Open PR inventory contains no dependency-titled duplicate. Full private audit evidence stays in Fleet, not this public PR.
