To keep Internet Explorer 9 - 11 support, for now the element matches "ms" prefix and promise function check are kept, everything else is removed. Additionally some spelling corrections have been applied. I know these changes need to be applied to the sources and this file rebuilt. However, I have no experience with the build tools. If anyone is interested to update this great project properly, I'm ready to help. Signed-off-by: MichaIng <micha@dietpi.com>

See: patrickkunka/mixitup#582 Also pump all assets again through the minifier, regardless whether they were minified already, as it will further reduce the size a bit.
