Implement Managed Profiles

• Proposes manager-controlled, null-email headless customer profiles.
• Managers can provision customers and operate supported KYC/KYB and ramps within explicitly enabled corridors.
• Keeps the manager as authenticated actor while the child remains the effective profile and owner of compliance, credential, quote, and ramp records.
• Defines minimal schema additions, delegated authorization, child credentials, logical deletion, and manager/child isolation.
• Keeps pricing independent from profile management.
