Our independent Pinocchio implementation is integrated with the latest code and with prior releases since Zaatar.
(Specifically: Zaatar, Pantry, and Buffet all contain this implementation.)
To enable the Pinocchio backend, #define PROTOCOL PINOCCHIO_ZK in pepper/common/utility.h.
