Sorry, I missed to comment on this. I don't use MacOSX myself, so I don't have way to test this, nor I have interest in maintaining MacOSX workarounds. I'll be happy to receive this with upstream updates. In the meantime, this can stay here in "contributed" section, for pickup by people who are interested in it. |

Few minor tweaks to allow the toolchain to work on OSX; long term will require the change: jcmvbkbc/crosstool-NG#10 to the crosstool to me pulled in.
Also disables the case-sensitivity check (seems to be no longer required for this cross platform build) and updates the docs.
