…tion The rp2040js emulator does not support dual CDC USB configuration introduced in commit c0525a7. Since we cannot modify the dependency, we change the CI workflow to only verify that the build succeeds and produces the expected UF2 file, rather than running it in the emulator.

(Workaround) Skip rp2040js emulator test in CI due to dual CDC limitation
The rp2040js emulator does not support dual CDC USB configuration
introduced in commit c0525a7. Since we cannot modify the dependency,
we change the CI workflow to only verify that the build succeeds and
produces the expected UF2 file, rather than running it in the emulator.

I will merge this PR as it is, but it would be appreciated if the rp2040js execution could be made possible.
