Starting from Calibre 3.0, it has a really nice content server and browser viewer which allows you to save books to browser cache and read even offline. Although its author does not call it that way, it could be
called as a fully featured PWA, I guess. Unlike projects like Calibre-Web or COPS, this docker file is still good old Calibre. Downloading metadata, editing books is still there. I have already replaced my epub reader with Calibre's browser viewer.
