Implement bundle version management (update/rollback)

Summary

Add the ability to update applied bundles to newer versions and roll back to previous versions.

Motivation

After applying a bundle, users need to:

• Discover when a newer version is available
• Update to the latest version without manual re-application
• Roll back to a known-good version if issues arise

Currently, oc bundle apply has no knowledge of previous applications or version tracking.

Proposed Solution

Track applied versions

Store provenance in .opencode/bundle.json:

oc bundle check

Check if newer version available:

oc bundle check
# Output: Bundle 'qbic' can be updated: v1.2.0 -> v1.3.0

oc bundle update

Update to latest version:

oc bundle update qbic
# Updates to latest version, preserves config changes

oc bundle rollback

Roll back to previous version:

oc bundle rollback qbic
# Re-applies previous version

Acceptance Criteria

• Track applied bundle version in project
• oc bundle check reports available updates
• oc bundle update upgrades to newer version
• oc bundle rollback re-applies previous version
• History of at least 3 versions maintained
