The intent of these shell scripts is to use them in the same manner that the Hadoop sbin scripts would be used, which is manually launching and terminating the cluster. These scripts are fairly simple, but configurable through an qfs-env.sh file. These scripts also assume the creation of a standard configuration location, presumably with QFS_HOME.
