sub2cli end of life (2026-07-22)

sub2cli reached end of life on 2026-07-22. The default branch now contains fail-closed tombstones and the Sub2API operations code has moved to its independent controller. This terminal release intentionally contains no executable assets. Historical releases remain available only as archive history and must not be used as an active Sub2API dependency.
