Aligns this repository's declared licence with agentic-os, runtime-contracts, redevops-projects and redevops-rag: AGPL-3.0-or-later WITH the Commons Clause.

  • LICENSE-COMMONS-CLAUSE (byte-identical to agentic-os) and LICENSE.md (effective point, what is and is not permitted, why, contribution history). The AGPL LICENSE text is unchanged.
  • pyproject.toml: license = { text = "AGPL-3.0-or-later WITH Commons-Clause" }; README badge and license section; CONTRIBUTING now points at LICENSE.md.
  • Authorship checked with full git history: all commits are by Alex Mats / arybach / redevops identities; no outside contributors, so RedevOps can relicense. Earlier versions stay under the terms they were released with.
  • mission-sdk is not touched (Apache-2.0).

Needs a human / counsel before merge: confirm RedevOps owns all copyright, and that the Commons Clause wording matches what you intend to forbid. Not legal advice.

Not changed here (follow-ups): published container images carry no license labels or LICENSE text for this code; marketing copy that still says "open-source"/"open-core".

This repo: also updates ten per-file notices (SPDX-License-Identifier / "Licensed under AGPL-3.0") to the new identifier. examples/control_tower.py carried a GNU boilerplate header with Copyright (C) 2024 Context Runtime; the licence paragraph now points at LICENSE.md and the copyright line is untouched. The outreach templates still say "open-source" in generated text (integrations/outreach_icp.py, job_leads.py).

Adds LICENSE.md and LICENSE-COMMONS-CLAUSE (identical to agentic-os), updates pyproject, README and CONTRIBUTING, and records the
effective point and contribution history. mission-sdk stays Apache-2.0.

…our own software

Outreach templates (outreach_icp, job_leads) and the control-plane footer. Mentions of third-party open-source tools are unchanged.

Wording follow-up now in this PR: outreach templates (integrations/outreach_icp.py, job_leads.py) and the control-plane footer say source-available instead of open-source/open-core for our own software. Third-party mentions are unchanged. Related tests pass.
