DEV-T-691. Optional `isGiftPackage` on `PurchaseTrackingRequest` reaches the wire as `gift_package` only when true, the way `tax_free` does. Unlike `tax_free`, the key is left unreserved inside `custom` — no host is broken by the upgrade.
