fix(file-upload): increase request size limit and add explicit button type

This PR fixes issues with file upload functionality by increasing the JSON request size limit and improving button type declaration in the file uploader component.

Found this while trying to debug issues reported by users

Changes

• Server configuration: Increased express.json() limit from default (100kb) to 50mb in both API server and dev server to support larger file uploads
• File uploader component: Added explicit type='button' attribute to the remove file button to prevent unintended form submission behavior
