Senior Analyst | Experimentation β’ Causal Inference β’ Growth Analytics
Based in Dallas, TX
I work at the intersection of audience strategy, CRM segmentation, and performance measurement β helping marketing teams target the right customers, test smarter, and prove impact. Currently a Senior Analyst at Hilton, where I design and support scalable audience segments for Hilton Honors (100M+ members) across CRM and loyalty activation.
I'm preparing to transition into Product Data Science, with a focus on experimentation frameworks, causal measurement, and incrementality. Starting the MS in Data Science at UT Austin in Spring 2027.
