…last day" The final partial day before the weekly reset now uses the normal budget (everything left in the week), so the today segment reads "t 100% of 68%" and counts down like the other days, and goes "over N%" if overspent. - pace: drop the LastDay kind; clamp days left to 1 - render: remove the hourglass "last day, resets" segment - paceline-mcp: get_today_budget returns a budget answer on the last day - README, tests, and the last-day parity fixture updated
docs/paceline-states.svg cycles a Claude Code window through seven states (fresh day, light week, session running dry, over budget, cache cold, last day, agent job) using the current countdown format, the "over N%" form, the last-day budget, and the progress bar. It holds on the first state when reduced motion is on.
tools/demo renders every step of eight scenes with render.Render, using a fixed Now, the default config, and a fixed today's-budget snapshot, then writes docs/demo/scenes.json and docs/paceline-states.svg from the result. - scenes.go: the scene script and the builder - ansi.go: parses the renderer's SGR output into styled runs - svg.go: draws a mock Windows Terminal on a column grid and fails when a line is wider than 110 columns or uses a glyph the font lacks - font.go: reads the embedded Cascadia Mono subset (WOFF, SIL OFL 1.1) - a test fails when either committed output differs from a regeneration
docs/paceline-states.svg is now generated by `go run ./tools/demo` from real renderer output, drawn as Windows Terminal with Claude Code's prompt box, and plays eight scenes: fresh day, working through the day, over budget, session running low, cache went cold, agent job, several windows, and last day. - docs/demo/scenes.json: the scene data the README graphic and the website share, versioned - docs/demo/README.md: the regenerate command, the scenes.json schema, and the font, its licence, and the subsetting command - README.md: alt text lists the new scenes - CONTRIBUTING.md: describes tools/demo
- reduced motion uses animation:none!important, so it beats each element's inline animation-name instead of relying on the shorthand's reset - a run that is both dim and colored fails generation instead of being drawn grey - the width check gives bold titles 5% for Firefox's synthetic bold - the font subset keeps its licence-description name record and drops an unused character
docs: generate the status line graphic from the real renderer
