Updates the pinned commit for Translator Enhanced.

This update focuses on translations and the achievement diary view:

• Menu options are now bundled with the plugin and can still refresh online. Spanish was reviewed, actions are translated, and item, NPC, place and skill names stay in English. There is a new "Download menu translations" setting.
• Menu translations keep working with plugins that expect the original English option when an action is clicked.
• Achievement diaries now keep completed tasks fully struck through, keep the requirements visible, use consistent spacing, and can scroll all the way to the Elite tasks.
• The diary layout works alongside RuneLite's Diary Requirements plugin.
• No new dependencies were added. Build and tests pass.
