Added Trade Tracker plugin 1.0.0

This plugin saves a history of trades with other players, logging them in a searchable list.

Each logged trade specifies all items given and received along with the name of the player you traded and the time the trade was accepted. Additionally these trade records use the GE prices of the items traded to calculate aggregate values of a trade.

Additional features

• Trade histories are saved and restored between sessions
  

• Different trade histories per account and account type (Standard / Deadman)
  

• Ability to add notes to logged trades
  

• Filter to search for past trades using: player name, item name, quantities, prices, totals, notes
  

• Trade records will collapse to save space and expand to show details
  

• Option to automatically delete trades older than a configurable time
  

• Backup and restore trade histories to files

you can't do player highlighting at all

Highlighting "Offline" Friends (and generic player highlighting): Not included to respect players with their messaging mode set to Private and to avoid harassing players (see #951)

Gotcha, my mistake. The highlighting feature has been completely removed.
