Create birdhouse-status

Adds Birdhouse Status plugin.

Shows icons on birdhouses at Fossil Island:

• Seed icon when birdhouse is seeded
• Warning icon when birdhouse needs seeds

Configurable icon size and seed type.

got the idea from the did i compost plugin thought to do the same thing for birdhouses

contributing to a plugin works much like creating one. you just fork the plugin's repository (https://github.com/hong-niu/runelite-birdhouse-overlay/issues) (like how you forked plugin-hub to submit this), make your code changes, and submit a pull request to them.

while contribution to existing plugins is preferred it is not required. let us know what you'd like to do, if you're not willing to do the above we can review this as-is
