To install SMASH:
1) Download and unzip the file or pull the codebase
2) Run loadSMASH in the top-level directory to add the codebase to your MATLAB path

SIRHEN2, PointVISAR, and DENNIS can be accessed by running SMASHtoolbox from any directory after installation
