Allowing support for Foreign Key insertion.

You have to setup the pk value in the field.

I was making this work adding actual models on the values of those fields and I assume some people were doing the same, maybe it would be a good idea to also support that so those people don't get affected with the update. What do you think @redapple ?

I know it's been 5 years since this PR was made, but any chance that this gets merged?
