Because the bug is open so long, I wanted to give it a try.
Hopefully I found all the correct missing parts. At least in my local tests, the configured environment variables are now also used on the ansible-galaxy stage.
Verification was done again by the helper script.
If something should be changed, please drop a note and I will try to do it. (sorry I am not very good in golang)
