Share single config between episodic/non-episodic project

Hi all,

Would it be possible to share a single config between an episodic and non-episodic project? Of particular concern is the `templates.yml` file that seems to [not handle episodes](https://github.com/shotgunsoftware/tk-config-default2/blob/v1.7.3/core/templates.yml) currently.
