Summary

• point dlt-iceberg at the Sidequery PyIceberg fork with incremental equality-delete reads
• refresh the lockfile to the exact fork commit

Validation

• uv run pytest -q: 174 passed, 16 skipped
• Docker Lakekeeper/MinIO integration: 100,000 initial rows merged with 50,000 composite-key rows to 125,000 final rows in one snapshot

Packaging note

This keeps the existing VCS dependency model and therefore is not itself publishable to public PyPI. The failed 0.7.0 workflow must be repaired separately by publishing the fork as a normal distribution or waiting for the required upstream functionality.
