Updated script to use Microsoft Graph API instead of deprecated AzureAD module for importing certificates into Azure AD Application Proxy.

As requested, redoing the pull request against reference-scripts instead of the main simple-acme repo.
This script now uses the Microsoft Graph API instead of the deprecated AzureAD module for importing certificates into Azure AD Application Proxy.
The previous azure modules have stopped working.
