Replace lint.yml and tests.yml with ci.yml (CI): a lint job (ruff check and ruff format --check) on 3.15 and a test job across the matrix, which now includes 3.14. Co-Authored-By: Claude <svc-devxp-claude@slack-corp.com>

Yess that makes a lot of sense, we auto merged this but I can fix it in a follow up
