_Note:_
This PR creates BC in all plugins (ConfigureMenuListener) which use type hinting for Symfony\Component\Translation\Translator object directly. Symfony\Component\Translation\TranslatorInterface type hinting should be used instead.

TODO

  • - create UI for the updater in Newscoop Admin Panel -> Help page.
  • - in OldPluginsTranslationListener Symfony\Component\Translation\TranslatorInterface should be used
