i tested the changes again and it behaves the same as in nightly 
i have this task to investigate why this one test fails #19284, so far no luck but i will keep looking |

What does the PR do
introduce Qt Convenience API minimize function https://doc.qt.io/squish/qt-setwindowstate.html which should help with swithching between multiple instances of the app
Also fixes #18994
