Newer Claude Code writes each content block of an assistant message as its own transcript entry, with
stop_reason: nullon all but the last. A sub-agent narrating ahead of a long tool call (e.g. a largeWrite) ended its transcript on a text block, which cctop read as a finished agent and dropped after 20s. Treat an assistant entry with an explicitstop_reason: nullas mid-flight; a finished agent still ends onend_turn.
