PR Details

A previous mistake in how the logic was setup caused hierarchy like the following:

MyEntity 
{ 
   Components: { BodyComponent }
   Children:
   {
      MyChildEntity { Components: { BodyComponent } }
   }
}

To throw, this change fixes that while removing some overhead with an unnecessary loop in SyncTransformsWithPhysics and dispatching a batched job instead of the per instance delegate call.
