fixture:
rawSourceCache was keyed by basename nevertheless test262 has many fixtures that share a name and differ in content by director. When many tests run in one process, the wrong fixture could be written to the temp directory. Key the cache by resolved path and look dependencies up relative to the test's directory.
Also recognise import.defer('./x') and import.source('./x') as module specifiers so their fixtures are copied alongside the test. Tested with quickjs and quanta on language/expressions/dynamic-import: fixes 72 tests (test262, b363f29)
test262-harness compatiblity:
test262-harness 10.x reads `supportedHosts` from eshost, but eshost 9 only
exports SUPPORTED_HOSTS (a Set), so the harness crashes at startup with
"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'join')". Export
supportedHosts as an array derived from SUPPORTED_HOSTS.
