Kalista — Tears Mysthrala

Founder / OT Cybersecurity Consultant — she/they

I work on the security of industrial environments: OT cybersecurity consulting for small and micro industrial companies through Mysthrala Kurogane Defense Labs (MKDL), and personal projects around DFIR, memory analysis, and secure automation.

También trabajo en castellano. Euskaraz ere ulertzen dut.

What I care about

  • OT security for small industrial organizations that don't have a security team.
  • DFIR & memory forensics — tooling and teaching materials that keep the analyst in charge.
  • Secure automation — systems that are auditable, reversible, and human-reviewed by design.

Principles: local-first, privacy-respecting, auditable systems, human-reviewed automation. I don't claim what I can't demonstrate.

Selected projects

Project What it is Stack
Oroitz Educational wrapper around Volatility 3 for teaching memory analysis — oroitz means "memory" in Basque Python, Volatility 3
isard-webapp Simplified interface for everyday IsardVDI operations, aimed at non-technical users (unofficial) Web
PowerShell-profile My modular, reproducible PowerShell 7 environment for Windows PowerShell
Dotfiles Personal Linux dotfiles — shell, git, editor Shell
omora Opinionated Fedora setup inspired by Omarchy — headless first Shell, Fedora

How this account is organized

  • Professional work — consulting-related tooling and DFIR education projects.
  • Personal tooling — dotfiles, shell environments, start page.
  • Experiments — prototypes and proofs of concept, clearly marked as such.
  • Coursework archive — cybersecurity specialization assignments, archived and preserved as historical record.

Most of my professional work for MKDL happens in private repositories; what is public here is what I can show.
