The codec uses encoding/json/v2 with the v1 option set. The PHP SDK wire format depends on v1 semantics: durations as nanoseconds in the SDK option structs, case-insensitive field names and legacy omitempty. Signed-off-by: Valery Piashchynski <piashchynski.valery@gmail.com>

github.com/goccy/go-jsondependency and use the standard libraryencoding/json/v2.Description of Changes
