Description

Update OvmfPkg README instructions for obtaining E3522X2.EFI.

The oldest available download at the previous URL no longer contains the driver. The oldest available download at the new URL still does.

Since there is a jump between the oldest and the next oldest versions at the new URL, it seems plausible that Intel are intentionally keeping the older version alive.

I spotted that the wording immediately above the change ("BootUtil", etc.) no longer applies, after the change. Will fix and push shortly.
