[codex] Improve homepage markdown share flow

What changed

• Reworked the homepage headline around shareable markdown links.
• Added a README demo path and a try-it section that explains read links, edit links, and source preservation.
• Added responsive styling for the new try-it section.

Why

The shareable-links page should teach the job quickly and send readers into the product instead of staying passive documentation.

Validation

• npm --workspace web run test
• npm --workspace web run build
• Local page check at http://127.0.0.1:4040/ returned 200 and included the new copy.
