I'm happy to merge this. We've never had a bugfix patch before but it's not that different from the patching we're doing already. And tt's not likely that we'll have to juggle too many of these patches in the future. |

As mentioned offline, this integrates raysan5/raylib#5133 into the patch file, a fix for bug raysan5/raylib#5131 in Raylib, which leads to memory and file handle leaks. As a workaround until the next Raylib release.
The bug has been really annoying, but feel free to reject if you think cherrypicking fixes like this is inappropriate for a binding.
