Cookie transfer fix

• Attempt fix for Transferring session cookies to driver causes NoSuchWindowException when there's no browser window open yet #142 by clearing browser_domain variable if NoSuchWindowException is encountered, causing browser to load the cookie domain before trying to add the cookie.

Thanks for all these fixes and updates @bmos ! I've merged most things, but these last couple need conflicts resolved. Once that's done I'll do some local testing then publish a new version.
