[WIP] Add standards to specref in Supported Protocols PR

• Analyze feedback requesting to add standards to specref
• Respond to reviewer's question about creating specref PR
• Awaiting manual specref PR submission (cannot be done by Copilot due to environment limitations)
• Remove inline definitions from index.html once specref entries are added

Status: The specref PR needs to be submitted manually to https://github.com/tobie/specref since I cannot create PRs to external repositories. I've provided the JSON entries in the comment reply.
