Previously the CI was testing against only python versions and not the Django and Wagtail combinations.

tox.inito reflect new testing environments, dropping support for Django 5.0 and Wagtail 6.0–6.2 while adding support for Django 5.2 and Wagtail 6.4 and 7.0Dependency and Metadata Updates:
pyproject.tomlto reflect the new supported versions of Django (4.2, 5.1, 5.2) and Wagtail (6.4, 7.0). Increased the minimum Python version requirement to 3.9.Documentation Updates:
CHANGELOG.mdto document the changes in CI testing coverage and framework support.
