Share picker is empty for self-hosted REST/Application Password site

Description

WordPress Android connects successfully to my self-hosted site using an Application Password with XML-RPC disabled. Posts and manual media uploads work correctly.

However, when sharing an image or video from another Android app to WordPress, the Pick Site screen is empty. Pressing either action then shows:

You can't share to WordPress without a blog

It looks like SitePickerAdapter.getBlogsForCurrentView() includes WP.com REST and XML-RPC sites, but not self-hosted WPAPI/Application Password sites.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Steps to reproduce

Connect a self-hosted site via Application Password with XML-RPC disabled.
Verify that the site works and media can be uploaded from WordPress → Media.
Share an image from Google Photos to WordPress.
The Pick Site list is empty.
