Release 3.0.0: migrate to the decoupled material_ui package (Material moved out of the Flutter SDK in Flutter 3.47). Same approach as badges 4.0.0.

  • Imports package:material_ui/material_ui.dart (only for two default Colors).
  • Adds material_ui: ^1.4.0 and requires Dart 3.13 / Flutter 3.47, so it's a major version. Apps on older Flutter keep resolving 2.0.1.
  • Formatted for Dart 3.13 (tall style).
  • The switch doesn't read the Material theme, so nothing changes visually.

Tested on iOS simulator and Android emulator: identical to 2.0.1 (screens, animations, RTL, accessibility), no runtime errors. 18/18 tests, analyze and format clean, pana 160/160.

Flutter 3.47 moved Material out of the SDK into the material_ui package.
Import package:material_ui/material_ui.dart instead of
package:flutter/material.dart in lib/, test/ and the example, and depend
on material_ui ^1.4.0. The switch only takes its two default colors from
Material and reads no theme values, so nothing visible changes.

BREAKING CHANGE: requires Dart 3.13.0 / Flutter 3.47.0. Apps on older
Flutter keep resolving 2.x.
