ModTRS is a plugin for the Minecrft server mod Bukkit (http://bukkit.org). It is designed to provide a ticket system, allowing users to request help from the moderators on the server during high traffic. It has a design philosophy of being powerful yet easy to use, which is not an easy task considering the way the Minecraft GUI is designed. It is currently being used on some very high profile servers, including the Reddit Public servers.

Installation is very simple. Downloading the ModTRS.jar file and adding it to the plugins/ directory is all that is necessary. ModTRS will automatically download the necessary database libraries, and update to the latest version if necessary. From there, simply restart the server and ModTRS should be functional. Typing "modtrs version" into the console will confirm the successful installation.
