This repo is modified from estofs_static_html to genearate static html for ICOGS2D.

pyschism is needed to read the *.gr3 file.  Install pyschism:
    pip install pyschism
 
The mesh file is hgrid.gr3, located in inpdir/
inpdir/
    hgrid.gr3
    stations_noaa-coops_150.csv

run/
    Same as estofs_static_html

tmpdir/
    Same as estofs_static_html
