History and Transfer modals not fully removed from DOM and blocks UI

Steps to reproduce:

• Open History modal
• Reload the page
• Try to click any button

Current behavior:
MuiDialog element present in the DOM and blocks UI

Expected behavior:
MuiDialog element shouldn't be presented in the DOM
