Fixes #479

Problem

The Meta messaging adapters parse created_time and updated_time with time.RFC3339. Graph returns these values with an offset without a colon (2022-07-12T19:11:07+0000, see the example response in Meta's Conversations API docs), so parsing fails, the error is ignored and the zero time is stored. On our self-hosted v7.31.1 instance all 265 collected Instagram messages had remote_created_at 0001-01-01T00:00:00Z, conversations showed the year 1 and no reply window was recorded.

Change

  • messaging_meta.go: conversation updated_time and message created_time (used for the reply window) go through nativePostTime, which already accepts RFC 3339 and 2006-01-02T15:04:05-0700.
  • messaging_meta_history.go: metaMessageView.provider does the same.
  • messaging_meta_test.go: conversations with Graph-style timestamps (message order, last message time, reply window = latest inbound + 24 h) and history.
  • CHANGELOG.md: entry under Unreleased, Fixed.

Verification

  • go vet ./internal/platform/ and gofmt -l clean.
  • go test ./internal/platform/ ./internal/services/messaging/ pass (Go 1.26.10).
  • Without the fix both new tests fail; with it they pass.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Bug Fixes
    • Facebook and Instagram direct-message timestamps with numeric timezone offsets are now retained correctly. Message ordering, conversation activity times, and reply-window tracking reflect the actual timestamps, including when a conversation has no messages.
  • New Features
    • Self-hosted administrators can record Telegram bot publishing certification evidence.

Meta returns created_time and updated_time as 2026-10-26T21:01:00+0000.
The messaging adapters parsed them with time.RFC3339, ignored the error
and stored the zero time, so every Facebook and Instagram message showed
the year 1 and no reply window was recorded. Reuse nativePostTime, which
already accepts both layouts, and cover conversations and history with
Graph-style timestamps.

Add coverage for conversations with no messages.

The current test only covers conversations where the latest message replaces updatedAt. A regression to RFC3339-only parsing can leave a new conversation's LastMessageAt at the zero time when Meta returns no messages. Add a separate adapter test for this branch.

A conversation without messages takes LastMessageAt from updated_time,
which Graph also returns with a colonless offset.
