Fixes the broken anchor link in Portuguese Java API docs from `#standard-attribute` to `#attribute` to match the spec changes. This follows the same fix applied in #8287 (English and Japanese) and #8291 (Chinese) but was missed for the Portuguese translation. Co-authored-by: chalin <[email protected]>

As the latest (unreleased) version of the specification is currently being tracked in #8183, we noticed a broken link in the Java API page. The link currently refers to a section that will be removed in the next specification update.
This PR updates that link to the correct location and fixes the issue.
